Friendly Reminder: Buyer's Notice
Please read the following terms carefully. They are effective from the time of order placement. If you have any objections, please confirm with customer service before placing your order.
1. Regarding shipping
1. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days after payment. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are normally shipped on the same day. If there are any special reasons for failure to ship on time, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible to handle the matter. Please understand and be tolerant. Thank you very much.
2. Our default couriers are Yunda, Debon, and High-Speed Rail. For other courier services, please contact customer service via Wangwang. Orders shipped via regular freight are freight collect. Customers wishing to specify a freight company should contact customer service and leave a message. If goods are returned due to incorrect buyer information (such as incorrect phone number or address), the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs. (Please note or inform customer service if you are in a remote area.)
3. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation is affected by many uncontrollable factors such as weather, vehicle availability, and traffic conditions, which may cause the transportation time to differ from our estimated time. Therefore, the time is for reference only and is not part of the contract, nor is it a reason for return.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs generally need to be calculated and adjusted. The shipping cost displayed on the website is a nationwide uniform express delivery fee. After placing your order, contact customer service to calculate and adjust the shipping cost based on your delivery address. For logistics/freight shipping, contact customer service to adjust the shipping cost to be paid upon delivery.
II. Regarding Price
This store is a factory direct sales store. Except for products marked with free shipping, all product prices in the store are ex-factory prices, excluding shipping costs and any other fees. If your company or wholesaler needs samples for confirmation, the sample fee will be charged according to the product price, and it will be sent via SF Express with collect on delivery. The sample fee may be refunded depending on the order. Please contact customer service for specific sample requests.
Three Regarding Receiving Goods
1. Please inspect the goods before signing for them!
Toys are inherently fragile items. If a customer signs for the package without inspecting the goods and then claims the product is damaged, this will not be accepted as grounds for return or refund. We can only guarantee that the products are in good condition when they leave the warehouse, but minor bumps and knocks are unavoidable during transit. If you discover damage upon inspection, please refuse delivery immediately and contact us! Customers who sign for the package without inspection will be responsible for all return and exchange costs.
2. If there are any shortages, please leave us a message within 24 hours of signing for the package. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible. If the packaging is damaged, or the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the package, and contact us for handling.
3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of goods and minimize damage. However, normal transportation damage is unavoidable. If damage unfortunately occurs, we will resolve it by replenishing the parts in the next order. We will not send replacement parts separately. Please understand. If the customer requests a replacement part, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
IV. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. In principle, our store does not support returns without reason. If a return is necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. We refuse to accept collect on delivery (we have purchased shipping insurance, and the return shipping costs will be covered by the insurance company). 80% of the purchase price will be refunded for returned products (due to significant damage during the round-trip transportation of returned products).
2. If you need to return or exchange goods due to personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods. The exchange requires that the product does not affect our resale and the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
3' The following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange: damaged or incomplete product packaging, missing product accessories and related documents, or unauthorized modification of the ordered goods. Please consult with customer service for specific handling.
