









Wholesale Instructions:
Please read the following terms carefully. They are effective from the time of order placement. If you have any objections, please confirm with customer service before placing your order.
I. Regarding shipping:
1. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days after the customer places an order and makes payment. Orders placed or paid after 16:30 each day will be shipped the next day.
If there are any special reasons that prevent timely delivery, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Our store defaults to regular freight shipping, with freight collect. If you require express delivery, please contact customer service to calculate and modify the shipping cost in the remarks.
If the goods are returned due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, such as a phone number or address, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
II. Regarding prices:
Except for a few products with free shipping, all product prices in the store are ex-factory prices and do not include shipping or any other fees.
If your company or stall absolutely needs samples for confirmation, the sample fee will be charged based on the product price. Shipping costs will be collected upon delivery via SF Express. The sample fee may be refunded depending on the order details. Please discuss the specifics with us when requesting samples.
III. Regarding Receiving Goods
1. The transportation company is only responsible for transporting the products to the designated location. Upon arrival:
For goods valued at less than 300 yuan , please check and confirm the contents in front of the delivery company personnel before signing for them.
For goods valued at 300 RMB or more , please check the contents within 24 hours of signing for receipt. If there are any problems, please contact us promptly for assistance.
2. If there are any shortages, please leave us a message within 24 hours of signing for the package, and we will verify the situation for you as soon as possible.
If the packaging is damaged, or the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the package, and contact us for assistance.
3. We will try our best to strengthen the packaging of your goods to minimize damage, but normal transportation losses of 2-3% are still difficult to avoid.
In the unfortunate event of damage, we will resolve the issue by replacing the parts in the next order, rather than sending replacements separately. Thank you for your understanding.
IV. Regarding Returns and Exchanges
1. This store theoretically does not support returns without a reason. If a return is necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs, and the product will be refunded at 80% of the original price.
(The return of products resulted in significant damage and losses during transportation.)
2. If you need to return or exchange goods due to personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods. The returned or exchanged products must not affect our resale, and the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
Shipping costs usually need to be calculated and modified. If you need to send it by express, just contact customer service for calculation and modification. If you need to send it by logistics, just contact customer service for modification and payment upon delivery.
